Billy Gene Nipper of Bismarck, Missouri was born on April 18, 1941, a son to the late Alonzo Nipper and the late Hazel (Martin) Nipper. On February 8, 1964 Billy was united in marriage to Cecilia A. Stafford and they shared fifty-four years together.
Billy passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Farmington Presbyterian Manor having reached the age of seventy-seven years, two months and four days.
Billy will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his loving wife, Cecilia Nipper; six children: Karen (Joe) Robinson, David (Deborah) Nipper, Edward (Phyllis) Nipper, Billy (Connie) Nipper, Jr., Paul (Taryn) Nipper, and Tina Nipper; six siblings: Doris Lawson, Bob (Carlene) Nipper, Shirley (Ardell) Gray, Linda (Harry) Harter, Larry (Collleen) Nipper, and Cathy James; four grandchildren: Eric (Samantha) Robinson, Rebecca (Justin) Rawson, Nevin (Breanna) Nipper, and David Nipper, Jr.; six great grandchildren: Prestyn, Peyton, Lainee, Noah, Ian, and Camden; also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by two siblings: Alvin Nipper and Bonnie Senter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 25, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. and Tuesday, June 26 from 9-11 a.m. at the DeClue Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 11 a.m. held at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ron Starwalt officiating.
Interment and final prayers will be held in the Palmer Cemetery.
